Acecare Tech produces portable gas cylinders through advanced technology. Compared with conventional respirators, we use aluminium composite cylinders instead of steel or aluminium ones, with weight reduction of 30%-70%, so they are more preferable for people with breathing problems.

Material

Seamless aluminum ally 6061 liner wound with high strength Japan-imported carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastic full composite layers. The high strength and safety-assured construction provides up to 300bar service pressure, which enlarges gas storage capacity to 1.5~2 times than that of aluminum or steel cylinders
