With a runtime of up to 650 hours, it is powered by a 21700 high capacity Li-ion battery that is compatible with 18650 and CR123 batteries. It has two modes: tactical and daily. It has a tactical tail switch and a mode button that regulate three unique modes and five brightness settings.
For increased dizziness effects, STROBE Mode employs randomly shifting frequencies. Power indicators next to the mode button show how much battery life is left.

The current brightness level is indicated by level indicators next to the mode button. An intelligent Li-ion battery charge circuit with a USB-C charging connector is also incorporated, as is an NITECORE 21700 Li-ion battery (NL2153HP 5,300mAh).
